<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler receiving device reducing contact noise with a crawler without using lubricant. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This crawler receiving device 11 is arranged on the traveling frame 3 of a crawler type vehicle. The crawler receiving device 11 includes: a steel receiving plate body 12 movably supporting the upper load of the crawler 4 and fixed on the traveling frame 3 at an end 13 on the crawler traveling side and an end 14 on the opposite side by welding; and a silencing section 15 integrated on the crawler contact surface part of the receiving plate body 12 and formed by being coated with rubber or synthetic resin.
