<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of insert-molding of a valve seat to a cylinder head and improve cooling performance of the valve seat after insert molding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a structure in which a valve seat 6 is insert-molded in a cylinder head 1 having a water jacket 5, part of the valve seat 6 is placed in contact with the water jacket 5.
