<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate failure isolation in a main apparatus, part preparation, and contact with bases. <P>SOLUTION: A reception apparatus 30 creates information by adding information including an apparatus name and a system name of a main apparatus 1 and information including a customer code and a customer name of the main apparatus 1 to information which an IC tag 11 gets by self-diagnosing a component part 10. The information thus created by the reception apparatus 30 is transmitted to a failure reception server 40 via a network 100. The failure reception server 40 searches a part information database 41 which stores information including a stock quantity and a delivery method of the component part 10 on the basis of the received information, a failure information database 42 which stores information of failures in the main apparatus 1 and the component part 10, and a customer information database 43 to get correspondent information, generates failure reception data for supporting maintenance operation on the basis of the information obtained by the search.
