<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of wrinkles in conveying at low cost, to detect occurrence of wrinkles in conveying at low cost, and to restrain occurrence of wrinkles by preventing the transient operation of a web in conveying at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This web conveying apparatus 10, which is a web conveying apparatus 10 for conveying the web 20, includes: a lateral position deviation detecting means 2 for detecting a lateral position deviation of the web 20; a lateral position correcting means 4 for correcting the lateral position of the web 20 by a guide roller 3; right and left width detecting means 6a, 6b for detecting the width of the web 20; and a control means 1 for controlling the lateral position correcting means 4 according to a lateral position deviation detected by the lateral position deviation detecting means 2 and conducting the feedback control so that the web 20 is disposed in a target position, wherein the control means 1 changes the correction amount by the feedback control according to the width of the web 20 detected by the width detecting means 6a, 6b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
