<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the past methods that it is impossible to prevent the production of cutting chips caused by the use of a drill when piercing an insertion hole for inserting a reinforce pipe into a gap in a deck board for an automobile formed by a blow molding, generation of cannot be prevented. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A parison is mold-clamped by a split mold, a cylinder having radial blades slidably provided in a mother mold of the split mold is advanced into a cavity of the split mold, a blow-in pin fixed inside the cylinder is made to penetrate into the parison, compressed air is blown into the parison through the blow-in pin, a radial thin part is formed at a part of the parison in contact with the radial blades to shape, the hollow molded article is separated from the mold by drawing in the cylinder into the mother mold, and the reinforce pipe is pressed against the radial thin part to break the radial thin part and the reinforce pipe is inserted into the gap in the deck board.
