<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery support system capable of providing a real-time fly-through image using an ultrasonic image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic processor includes: position detection means for detecting the position of an ultrasonic probe inserted in the interior of a subject; image processing means for processing ultrasonic tomographic image data created using an ultrasonic signal received by the ultrasonic probe; and a display means for displaying an image processed by the image processing means, wherein the image processing means has image rearrangement means for rearranging the ultrasonic tomographic image data captured when detecting the position, in a three-dimensional image space using position information of the ultrasonic probe detected by the position detection means, and fly-through image formation means for forming a fly-through image using a plurality of ultrasonic tomographic image data rearranged in the three-dimensional image space.
