CARGO TRANSFER DEVICE BETWEEN UPPER AND LOWER CONVEYORS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of an elevating/lowering device by eliminating a lock device of a rail connection part. SOLUTION: An elevating/lowering stand 6 comprises a lower elevating/lowering stand 7 supported by a stay 4, and an upper elevating/lowering stand 8 which is located thereabove and provided with an elevating/lowering guide rail 9 with a truck 23 traveling thereon being fitted to its upper side. These elevating/lowering stands are connected to each other by fitting one positioning pin into the other positioning hole, abutting surfaces are formed on an upper face of the lower elevating/lowering stand 7 and a lower face of the upper elevating/lowering stand 8. A rail connection positioning stand 10 is installed on the lower side of a transfer part. The rail connection positioning stand 10 and the upper elevating/lowering stand 8 are connected to each other at the lowered position of the elevating/lowering stand 6 by fitting rail connection positioning pins 25, 26 on one side into the other rail connection positioning holes. Conveying guide rails 21, 22 and the elevating/lowering guide rail 9 are positioned in the vertical and right and left directions while the rail connection abutting faces formed on the upper surface of the rail connection positioning stand 10 and the lower surface of the upper elevating/lowering stand 8 are abutted on each other.
