<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize data from an information as data which are valuable for a control system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a filtering method of information as follows and an on-vehicle gateway apparatus using the filtering method. The on-vehicle gateway apparatus is connected between an information system and a control system that constitute a vehicle system. Information to be filtered is information system data from the information system to the control system. In filtering, data and an acquisition time of the data are input from the information system, data are input from the control data, and the input acquisition time and the data from the control system are used to set a valid time from the acquisition time of the data from the information system.
