<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material antidegradant composition, a laminate using it, and an application method for solving deterioration of a sealing material in a short period, and after application, giving no luster in the sealing material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sealing material antidegradant includes a divalent organotin compound (A) and a volatile organic solvent (B). In the total amount of the organotin compound (A) and the volatile organic solvent (B), the content of the organotin compound (A) is 0.05-60 mass%. The laminate has a sealing material and an antidegradant layer formed on the sealing material by using the sealing material antidegradant composition. In the application method of the sealing material antidegradant composition, the sealing material antidegradant composition is applied onto the surface of the sealing material when the sealing material deteriorates.
