<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of a semiconductor light source owing to reflected light of external origin when the semiconductor light source is turned off. <P>SOLUTION: According to the invention, a prism element is provided on an inner surface of a lamp lens 4. The prism element is formed of: first prism element portions 27, 28 and 29 that control the output directions of light L1, L2, L3 from a semiconductor light source 6; and a second prism portion 30 that nonuniformly controls the output direction of light L4 of external origin from the semiconductor light source 6.
