PROCESS MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM, OPERATION TABLE USED FOR THE SAME, AND OPERATION AUTHORITY SETTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process monitoring control system, an operation table used for it, and an operation authority setting method, the process monitoring control system which is capable of readily conducting registration and modification of operation authority which are performed as security management.

SOLUTION: The process monitoring control system can carry out an operation simulations which artificially performs process monitoring and control, before performing process monitoring and control in production operation of a plant. The process monitoring control system has an operation authority setting section which is provided for establishing operation authority of an operator thereof. The operation authority setting section establishes the operation authority, as part of the operation simulation during execution of the operation simulation.
