<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusion diagnostic plate, wherein the upper and lower teeth occlusion conditions, the inclination of the occlusion plane or positional dislocation between the upper and lower jaws are easily grasped based on occlusion traces recorded on the plate, and the plate is simplified in structure to reduce its manufacture cost. <P>SOLUTION: The occlusion diagnostic plate 1 is a flat plate 2 made of a plastic material. Its use method is characterized by the point that the plate 2 is inserted into a subject's mouth, and that he or she is instructed to occlude and deform the plate 2 for use. The plate 2 also has a bending part 5, by which the plate 2 can be bent open or closed.
