Disclosed is a mold-releasing film which can be obtained at lower cost than fluororesin films, while having sufficient mold releasability. Specifically disclosed is a mold-releasing film (10) having a mold-releasing layer (14) containing a compound represented by formula (1). In formula (1), the right and left R's represent the same group which is expressed as Rf-X-, wherein Rf represents a perfluoroalkyl group, and X represents a group wherein one or more members selected from -(OC3F6)-, -(OC2F4)- and -(OCF2)- are repeated, with the total number of the repeating units being not less than 1; Y represents an organic group; n has an average of 2-10; and Z represents -Si(R1)m(R2)3-m, wherein R1 represents a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, and m represents a number of 1-3.)
