PURPOSE: A cereal circulating concurrent-flow dryer is provided to dry cereals until the cereals contain moisture of a desired level with reduced energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A cereal circulating concurrent-flow dryer(10) comprises a tempering unit, drying unit(30), cereal discharging unit(40), circulating unit(50), and controller(60). The tempering unit tempers cereals and drops them through a feed chute. The drying unit includes a plurality of hot-air chambers. Hot-air discharging units are arranged in the lower part of the hot-air chamber. The cereal discharging unit discharges the cereal dropped through the drying unit. The circulating unit re-circulates the discharged cereals to the tempering unit. The controller controls the operations of the drying unit, cereal discharging unit, and circulating unit.
