PURPOSE: A vegetative wooden pipe and a vegetative frame using the same are provided to protect a plant from a construction field. CONSTITUTION: A planting part(11) is made nature wooden material and has a hollow part. The hollow part is filled with soil or artificial soil to plant a plant(20). A through hole(12) is formed at the outer circumference of the planting part. The through hole discharges water from the planting part and absorbs moisture from the outside soil.
