PURPOSE: A composition for treating Alzheimer containing Angelica gigas Nakai extract is provided to suppress the expression of GFAP and tau phosphorylation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating Alzheimer contains coriander extracted from Angelica gigas Naka using normal hexane for 48 hours. The Angelica gigas Naka is powder. A pharmaceutical composition suppresses phosphorylation of c-jun N-terminal kinase and p38 mitogen activation.
