PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing substrate and organic emitting display device having the substrate are provided to improve the visibility of an organic emitting display device by lowering the reflectivity of the external light. CONSTITUTION: An organic emitting display device includes the seal substrate(101), the substrate(102), and the organic radiation unit(103) and the groove(110). The seal substrate is attached to a substrate and the seal substrate is arranged at the upper part of the organic emitting unit. The organic radiation unit is formed on the substrate. The organic light-emitting device includes the first electrode layer, and the second electrode layers and intermediate layer. The first electrode layer is arranged as the transparent electrode or the reflective electrode.
