PURPOSE: A transparency soundproof plate is provided to freely mount a patterned plate to the top and bottom thereof and to increase appearance of exterior. CONSTITUTION: A transparency soundproof plate(100) is made of a transparent board material. A patterned plate(200) is installed on bottom or top of front side of the transparency soundproof plate. A frame(300) is comprised of an external frame of the transparency soundproof plate and has a recess(310) in one side. A motif fixture(400) is equipped in the lateral edge of the patterned plate and has one side with a fixing member(410) and the other side with an inserting hole(420). The fixing member fixes the patterned plate on the recess of the frame.
