PURPOSE: A protective rubber cover for an excavated surface is provided to prevent a safety accident in advance by preventing slipping in a construction section. CONSTITUTION: A cover(10) is rectangular plate and made of rubber material. A sign(11) is protruded on one side of the cover to indicate the under construction or a pedestrian path. A concavo-convex(12), a plurality of combine holes and a connecting piece are formed on the one side where the sign is formed.
