<p>The method involves supplying negative pressure to organs e.g. drums (5, 6), of a cigarette machine (1) and a filter or multi-segment filter assembly machine (4) for holding products of a tobacco processing industry. The drums are partially arranged in a machine area (11), where air is used for producing the negative pressure and is led out from the machine area. A part of the air led out from the machine area is led back into the machine area. The machine area is divided into two sub-areas, where the negative pressure is sequentially produced in the sub-areas during a starting process. An independent claim is also included for a machine for a tobacco processing industry.</p> |
