PURPOSE: A high molecular coating technology of the medical material or the apparatus is provided, which maximizes local effect of delivery of drug. CONSTITUTION: A high molecular coating technology is constituted as follows. PLGA is used as a polymer. Polyethylene glycol, triethylcitrate, and the mixture thereof are used as a softening agent. When the dexamethasone sodium is used as drug, dexamethasone is discharged by spraying solution including poly 0.5-2 weight%, polyethylene glycol, triethylcitrate or mixture thereof 0.5-10 weight%, and dexamethasone sodium 0.1-5 weight% using an air brush. |
