PURPOSE: A method for preventing corrosion of a stainless steel water tank using a cathodic protection method is provided to improve economical efficiency, and to prevent environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing corrosion of a stainless steel water tank(30) using a cathodic protection method includes the following steps of: preparing an anode for generating electrons; installing a lead conducting wire(31) on the bottom of the stainless steel water tank; processing the surface of the stainless steel water tank with the anode; and installing an aluminum anode(33) on the top of the tank which is not contacted with the water with an insulating adhesive.
