PURPOSE: A transparent organic solar cells is provided to manufacture organic layer solar battery regardless of the incidence direction of the light by using a transparency organic layer solar battery. CONSTITUTION: The transparent organic solar cells comprise the bottom electrode formed in the insulation substrate and the light-emitting layer formed on the bottom electrode.
