PURPOSE: A three dimensional image generation, a display method and a device thereof for displaying three dimensional image are provided to easily generate three dimensional image of three dimensional mesh file format. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional image generation and a display method include following contents. A two dimensional image generating unit(50) acquires two dimension image data of the angular orientation and produces two dimensional image of the angular orientation. A 3-dimensional image production and display device(100) includes a three dimensional image generating unit(110), a controller(120), a memory(130), a communication unit(140), a display controller and a display unit. A three dimensional image production and display device confirms the three dimensional image of a mesh file format on the web page transmitted from the web server.
