PURPOSE: A non-flammable film boiler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a fire even when the heating film is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A non-flammable film boiler comprises an insulation film(10), a heating element layer(20), conductors(30), and a flame resistant layer(40). The insulation film contains a carbon fiber sire as heating wire. The heating element layer is applied on the rear surface of the insulation film. The conductors are attached to the carbon heating element layer. The flame resistant layer is laminated on the front surface of the carbon heating element layer and the insulation film in which the conductors are formed. |
