PURPOSE: An optical sensor is provided to have low sensibility to the outside light and an object located in a front area. CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor comprises a sensor unit. The sensor unit includes a light emission unit(24), a receptor and a lens plate(12). The lens plate includes a Fresnel structure body(16a,16b) and a Fresnel reflector structure body(20a, 20b, 22a, 22b). The combined Fresnel structures have Fresnel lens and Fresnel reflector structures(18a, 18b) on a first surface facing to the light emission unit and the receptor. The Fresnel reflector structures are included in a second surface located in the opposite side facing to a glass pane.
