PURPOSE: A system of transferring signal using an electric charging process is provided to grasp the state of the charge adjusting apparatus by using a charge adjusting device for expressing the present state. CONSTITUTION: The system of transferring signal using an electric charging process includes a current detection circuit(12) for receiving a signal generated in a changing process. The charge supply and demand apparatus(20) perform repetitively the regular ON-OFF through the signal generating circuit(21) connected to the internal power line. The charge adjusting device is combined with the device for supplying charging power. The device for supplying charging power includes the power supply unit(11), and the current detection circuit and the controller(13). The charge adjusting device includes the charge battery(24), the charger circuit(23), and the MICOM(22) and the signal generating circuit. |
