PURPOSE: A display apparatus with fabric type PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify chemical and electric treating processes and increase the productivity by forming a circuit after patterning a conductive material on clothes. CONSTITUTION: A display apparatus with fabric type PCB(Printed Circuit Board) includes a fabric type PCB, a light emitting device(120) and a semiconductor device(130). The fabric type PCB includes a fabric(111), and a row and column lines(113,115) that are formed through the patterning of a conductive material on the fabric. The light emitting device contacts with one side of the low and column lines, and the semiconductor device controls the on/off operation of the light emitting device by connecting the other side of the low and column lines.
