PURPOSE: An automatic lighting device and sound device is provided to appreciate various kinds of music by transmitting music files in real time. CONSTITUTION: A housing(102) is formed in a ceiling to expose only the cover(104). The ventilation hole(103) for thermal radiation is formed in the side of the housing. The printed circuit board is installed in the inner structure of housing. The detection sensor(130) exposed to the center of the housing through the hall(131) of a cover is installed and a pair of the speakers(121, 122) are installed in both sides. Luminous units(110, 111, 112, 113) are made of LED arrays(110a, 111a, 112a, 113a) and aspherical lenses(110b, 111b, 112b, 113b). The penetration hole(105) is formed corresponds to a cover and the grill(106) is formed in the location corresponding to a speaker.
