COOLING APPARATUS USING SEAWATER IN A VESSEL

PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus of a ship using seawater is provided to maintain the constant temperature of seawater supplied to the cooler by introducing cold fresh seawater. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus of a ship using seawater comprises a seawater tank(110), a circulation pump(120), a cooler(130), a temperature sensor(140), a discharge unit(150), and a controller(160). The circulation pump pumps the seawater of the seawater tank to be provided through a circulation line(121). The cooler is installed in the circulation line and uses the provided seawater as coolant. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the seawater which circulates through the circulation line. The discharge unit discharges the seawater which circulates through the circulation line to the outside. The controller receives the sensing signal outputted from the temperature sensor and controls the discharge unit to discharge the seawater when the temperature of the seawater is equal to or greater than the preset temperature.
