PURPOSE: A method for producing kanamycin powder formed in sphere is provided to use as pharmaceutical product of respiration powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing kanamycin powder formed in sphere comprises: a step (S1) for pre-cooling a container; a step (S2) of supplying liquid nitrogen to the container; a step (S3) of spraying kanamycin solution to the container; a step (S4) of annealing the ganemycin in the container; a step (S5) of molding kanamycin; and a step of freeze-drying the molded ganamycin.
