PURPOSE: A discharge water processing system is provided to offer economical efficiency and convenient usability, and to recycle the discharge water more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A discharge water processing system includes a submerged-type fibrous filter or a submerged-type ultraviolet sterilizing device in a filtering disinfection discharge tank(80). The submerged-type fibrous filter includes a photocatalytic coating fiber filter, a reducer, and an inverter. The submerged-type fibrous filter is formed on the top of a discharge water tank flame. The submerged-type ultraviolet sterilizing device is connected with a u-shaped pipe and a discharge water pipe.
