摘要 A method for designing optimal geometric parameters of generatrix of working roller surface of roller bearing includes stages at which one represents working surface of roller as curve form of which is to be optimized, according to chosen algorithm of optimization of contact pressure, with determination of criteria of optimization of geometric parameters of surfaces being in contact, one sets parameters that are varied and determine form of generatrix of roller, one solves spatial contact problem for roller and inner or outer ring of roller bearing through iterative approximation within method of optimization. As criterion of optimization (minimization) one chooses maximal value of contact pressure determined for all zone of contact of working surface of roller and respective surface of roll track of roller bearing, generatrix of working surface of roller is represented as spline, as parameters that are varied one uses distances from working surface of the roller to roll track of roller bearing in basic points of spline, one uses method of optimization of first order within which iterative approximation of form of generatrix of working surface of roller to form that provides minimum of quality functional takes place.
