PURPOSE: A method of forming a fine hole using laser is provided to facilitate the process of the fine hole by differentiating the cross-section of a cut part according to the depth at which the material is cut down. CONSTITUTION: A method of forming a fine hole using laser comprises followings. An imaginary cut area(20) is formed on the surface of a material(22). The laser is irradiated on the cut area and a plurality of cutting lines(24) are marked at constant intervals and the cut area is cut down. The fine hole passing through the material is processed by repeating the said steps. |
