CST1 AS A MARKER FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF GASTRIC CANCER

PURPOSE: A CST1 as a gastric cancer diagnosis marker is provided to accurately and easily measure gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: A CST1 as a gastric diagnosis marker comprises an agent which measures mRNA of CST1 gene or protein level. The agent measuring the mRNA expression contains a primer which specifically binds to the CST1 gene or probe. The agent measuring protein expression level contains an antibody which is specific to the CST1 protein. A kit for diagnosing gastric cancer is RT-PCR kit, DNA chip kit, or protein chip kit.
