The absorbent cloth (L) comprises a mixture (3) of paste and cross-linked polyacrylate confined in two warps (2) of non-woven fabric, a biocide, and a perfume or an odor destroyer. The non-woven fabric is obtained by drying a chemically linked viscose. The paste is polyvinyl alcohol soluble in water. The cross-linked polyacrylate has an absorption capacity of 50-70 times of a weight sodium chloride solution (0.9%) and a dimension of 0.1-0.2 mm. Independent claims are included for: (1) an article comprising a water soluble plastic bag (1); and (2) a polyethylene bag.
