<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase flexibility in an oil passage layout while avoiding increase of the size and complicity of covers by communicating oil passages formed between two covers and crank cases or connected members with a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Between a first case member 41 or a fastened member 108 and the internal combustion engine, the first and second covers 107, 67 for forming the first and second oil passages 116, 117 are connected with the first case member 41. For the first case member 41, first and second communication holes 119, 120 respectively having one end communicated with the first and the second oil passages 116, 117 and a shared communication hole 121 having one end communicated with other end parts of the first and second communication holes 119, 120 in a shared manner are arranged to be extended in a die-cutting direction 40.
