PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighted shoe wherein the whole weight of one shoe is adjusted to a wearer's physique, with the initial setting for wearing made a minimum weight to get proper training effect, and with the whole weight subsequently set in accordance with the increased physical strength by exchanging a weight adjusting member, in which the weight is housed inside the shoe to have a better appearance, with the weight balance during a walking stage made easily adjustable, and in which the outsole is made flexible, so that walking is unimpaired, making the shoe easy to walk on. SOLUTION: The minimum weight of one weighted shoe 1 is set not less than 0.6% of the body weight of a wearer, with a first weight adjusting member 4 imbedded in the heel part of the outsole 3. A second weight adjusting member 5 is arranged between the outsole 3 and the insole 8, with the total weight made adjustable by attaching, detaching and exchanging the second weight adjusting member which is prepared with a different weight. In addition, the second weight adjusting member 5 has a form of a foot in a plane shape, is a plate with a fixed thickness comprising a mixture of rubber and iron powder, and serves as a flexible member.
