A cigarette producing apparatus, including a tobacco compartment configured to accommodate tobacco, a filter compartment configured to accommodate cigarette filters, a paper compartment configured to accommodate cigarette paper, at least two cylinders capable of rotating and moving a portion of paper from the paper compartment, and a cutting element configured to cut the a portion of paper to a predetermined size, wherein the at least two cylinders are configured to move a cut portion of paper to automatically envelope a filter and a predetermined amount of tobacco to create a cigarette.
