摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable bellows mechanism capable of absorbing torsion of the bellows. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bellows 16c disposed on a fixed bellows block 12b has torsional stress absorbing performances against torsion stress in a circumference direction of a shaft 8 greater than those of the bellows 16a, 16b disposed on an expansion and contraction bellows block 12a. If torsion in a circumference direction of a shaft 8 acts on the bellows mechanism 12, the bellows 16c which has thinner thickness and is softer than the bellows 16a, 16b is preferentially twisted in a circumferential direction of the shaft 8 to absorb torsional stress, and torsional force in the circumference direction of the shaft 8 does not acts on the bellows 16a, 16b stored in an inside of the expansion and contraction bellows block 12a.
