<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain transmission device capable of preventing strength reduction by elongation of an entire chain due to wear of coupling pins, and capable of reducing the noise in meshing with a sprocket. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This chain transmission device 100 comprises a chain 110, in which multiple outer links 160 and multiple inner links 140 are coupled, and sprockets 150, around which the chain 110 is wrapped.
