<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a control device of a working vehicle which can prevent a working implement from automatically lifting by the operation of a control handle which may not be caused by a turning work, and can lift the implement at a proper timing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control device of the working vehicle includes automatic lifting means 53 for lifting the working implement R, when a turning angle is at or above a prescribed lifting angle α1, and includes control means for controlling the automatic lifting means 53 not to be operated, when the control handle 6 is operated to one of right side and left side, just after the control handle 6 is operated to the other of the right side and the left side, and when the turning angle is at or above the prescribed lifting angle α1 by the operation of the control handle 6 on the other side.
