PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tightness when a stack of paper pieces to be wrapped such as PPC paper is wrapped with moistureproof-packaging wrapping paper by a packaging machine. SOLUTION: The wrapping paper is structured such that folding-resistant strength of the paper having a moistureproof layer formed is 140-620 times in the longitudinal direction and 180-750 times in the lateral direction, and that density of the paper having the moistureproof layer formed is 0.75 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or less.
