A cleaning sheet (1A) which comprises a base sheet (2) and, disposed on at least one surface thereof, at least one long-fiber bundle (3) composed of long fibers (31) oriented in substantially one direction. The long-fiber bundle (3) has been formed by bonding the long fibers (31) to one another with a fiber-bonding part (32) linearly extending in the direction perpendicular to the orientation direction for the long fibers (31). The cleaning sheet (1A) has been formed by bonding the long-fiber bundle (3), which has been thus formed, to the base sheet (2) through sheet-bonding parts (21). In the cleaning sheet (1A), the whole fiber-bonding part (32) or at least part of the fiber-bonding part (32) has not been bonded to the base sheet (2), and each sheet-bonding part (21) has been formed so as to be in perpendicular contact with the fiber-bonding part (32).
