Disclosed is a highly-reliable and lightweight stabilizer device. The stabilizer device (1) comprises: a stabilizer (100) formed in an overall approximately U-shape from a torsion section (110) and arm sections (120) that extend from both ends of the torsion section (110); a bush (300) provided on both ends of the torsion section (110) for fixing the stabilizer (100) to a vehicle body (10); and a resin member (400) for preventing misalignment provided adjacent to the bush (300) that has a contacting section (410) which comes into contact with the bush (300), and that is integrally formed with the torsion section (110) to cover a predetermined range of the entire circumference of the torsion section (110) in the axial direction thereof.
