<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor structure that miniaturizes a sensor housing, shortens the entire length of an actuator for mounting the sensor housing, and integrally forms the cushioning of the stopper of the actuator with the sensor housing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a sensor structure 11, the sensor housing 14 for holding a detection section 12 seals an opening 131 in the exposed actuator 31 of a detection target 18. The sensor structure has a sheet end 15 that presses a seal material 16 to a sheet section 31a ranged to the opening 131 and does not project toward the outside of an outer surface 14c of the sensor housing 14. The sensor structure has a sheet groove 21 for arranging the seal material 16 between the sheet section 31a and a fixation section 12b of the detection section 12 for holding.
