It is possible to provide a mobile station device and a communication system which enable a base station device to allocate a PUSCH resource in an appropriate AMC mode in accordance with a channel feedback report and a scheduling request from the mobile station device so as to realize an effective transmission control and enable the mobile station device to rapidly transmit uplink data (rapidly perform transmission in UL-SCH) when transmitting only the channel feedback report. The base station device (100) allocates a physical uplink shared channel. The mobile station device (200) is applied to a system which transmits uplink data by the physical uplink shared channel. The base station device (100) uses the physical uplink shared channel to transmit to the base station device (100), a scheduling request for requesting resource allocation used for transmitting uplink data to the base station device (100).
