<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated body by which air bubbles can be prevented from being mixed for a long period of time when a broad transfer material is transferred while lowering friction with a roller according to the treating amount of press-contact and transfer. <P>SOLUTION: When an average value of static friction coefficients of a pressing roller, which brings the broad transfer material having a transfer layer on a temporary support into contact with a substrate by pressing, toward the temporary support is in a range between 0.25 and 0.7, press-contact is performed while keeping relative standard deviation of the static friction coefficients of the press-contact roller, which comes into contact with the temporary support, in a shaft center direction 0.25 or less. After press-contact, the temporary support is exfoliated and thereby the transfer layer is transferred onto the substrate to manufacture the laminated body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
