<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for cryogenic temperature liquid transportation in which the deterioration of the durability of the tube body caused by thermal stress based on temperature distribution generated on the flexible tube at the time of use or leakage is prevented while the flexible tube is used when fluid is loaded up to a tanker from an ocean floating structure and the flexible tube is suitable for the transportation of an LNG or the like, and even if an LNG or the like leaks inside, tanks may not be damaged internally. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate waterproof layer 11 is formed between heat insulation layers 9a, 9b. When the LNG flowing inside leaks from a corrugated tube 3, the intermediate waterproof layer 11 prevents the LNG from leaking into the outer waterproof layer 15. Between the intermediate waterproof layer 11 and the heat insulation layer 9b, a peripheral augmented layer 13 is formed. When the LNG flowing inside leaks from the corrugated tube 3, the peripheral augmented layer 13 prevents the intermediate waterproof layer 11 from being damaged by LNG internal pressure or by LNG pressure at the time of LNG evaporation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
