When the LNG flowing inside leaks from a corrugated tube 3, the intermediate waterproof layer 11 prevents the LNG from leaking into the outer waterproof layer 15. Between the intermediate waterproof layer 11 and the heat insulation layer 9b, a peripheral augmented layer 13 is formed.
