PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device by which a container having a mouth part in an upper corner part is obliquely stretched in such a state that a straight preform is vertically held, to be blow-molded. SOLUTION: The mold device comprises: a blow mold in which a molded surface is inclinedly formed with respect to the center line A-A of a cavity and the insertion hole of a preform is provided on the center line A-A; a neck mold vertically holding an injection molded preform on the center line of the cavity from the insertion hole; a blow core whose top end part is formed in a step part fitted to the neck mold; and a stretch rod obliquely passing through the blow core. A guide bush in which a guide hole is obliquely provided in the same direction as the obliquely molded surface of the cavity in the blow core is concentrically fitted to the circumference and top end of the bush with a gap being an air path. The stretch rod passes through the guide bush, to face the top end of the rod to which a pressing terminal is attached to the eccentric part of the inner bottom surface of the preform.
